Transitioning Together is a multi-family group psychoeducation intervention for families of adolescents with ASD. Transitioning Together is based on evidence from longitudinal research and feedback from families of individuals with ASD. The program shows benefits for adolescents with ASD and their parents and has been implemented in multiple US states.
